About KRONE: who we are and how we help families
KRONE Company for Rent Apartment & Chalets is a holiday-rental service for furnished apartments, chalets, penthouses and a villa in Zell am See, Kaprun and nearby Austrian resorts. Our guests are mostly families and groups travelling from Europe and the Gulf.
We keep booking personal. You send your dates and group size, we tell you which properties fit, what they cost and what the terms are, and you decide. Every property is shown with its own photographs so you know what you are booking.

KRONE in numbers and places
- 10 properties: two chalets in Zell am See, five apartments, penthouses and a villa in Kaprun, and one property each in Mittersill, Maria Alm and Seefeld.
- 4 to 12 guests: from a one-bedroom apartment for a couple or small family to a four-bedroom apartment for twelve.

Where KRONE works
Most of our properties are in the Pinzgau valley of SalzburgerLand, around Zell am See and Kaprun. This is one of the few places in the Alps where a swimmable lake, a year-round glacier and a large ski area sit this close to each other, which is why it works so well for families with different interests. Our Mittersill and Maria Alm properties add quieter village options nearby, and our Seefeld apartment covers the Innsbruck side of Tyrol for guests travelling further west.
We also run an Arabic website for guests from the Gulf and the wider Arab world, so many of the families staying in our properties travel from there as well as from across Europe. That mix shapes how we work: clear written quotes, fast replies on WhatsApp and help with practical questions before you travel.
How we present our family holiday rentals
Each property has its own page with its own photographs, the number of guests, bedrooms and bathrooms, the approximate size in square metres, the amenities and the guest cards that apply. We would rather you ask one more question before booking than arrive to a surprise, so anything not shown on the page is answered in writing in your quote.
