- You receive a written quote. It shows the price for your stay, final cleaning, the local tourist tax and the payment terms, so you see the full cost before deciding.
- You confirm. Nothing is booked until you accept the quote in writing and the payment terms are met.
- Before arrival. We share the address and arrival details for your property and stay reachable on WhatsApp during your holiday.
Tips for a faster answer
If your dates are flexible, say so: a shift of a day or two often opens up more choice, especially in July, August and the Christmas and February holidays. If you have a preferred property, include its name, and tell us anything that matters to your group, such as ground-floor access, a lake view or the number of separate bathrooms.
Booking for a large group
For groups of eight or more, the choice narrows to our four-bedroom chalets, penthouses, the villa and the Mountain-View Apartment in Kaprun, which sleeps up to twelve. These are the first to be booked in peak weeks, so contact KRONE as early as you can and tell us how many adults and children are travelling, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need, and whether two families will share. We can then check availability across all suitable properties at once and suggest alternatives if your first choice is taken.
